On the 17-18.12.2018 was the first Kick-off-meeting of the "No Gaps - Transnational methodology for socia-labor intervention with young women asylum seekers and refugees” (2018-2-ESO2-KA205-011654), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European union. The duration of the project is 24 months / 01.09.2018 - 31.08.2020 /. The partnership consortium consists of five EU organizations – Guarani NGO (ES), Solidaridad sin Fronteras (ES), KEK IEKEP (GR), BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH (AT), Gender Alternatives Foundation (BG).
Objectives of the Meeting
The partners met to lay the foundations of a transnational strategic partnership to make the No Gaps Project a sustainable product. The issues discussed focused on project management, partners’ roles and the intellectual outputs that aim at the creation of an integral and replicable methodology of intervention at European level for professionals working with young migrant women, asylum-seekers and refugees. The partners will work to design a training curriculum defining and developing the knowledge, skills and competences needed so that the professionals who work with these women can develop an integral socio-labor intervention with them.
