The e-book section of the project MOVE ON includes two documents. The “Catalogue of profile requirements for a gender and culturally sensitive career advising” and “Gender and Diversity | A Teaching programme for migrants’ career guidance and counselling”. Both are useful sources developed to support professionals in adult education and career guidance and counselling to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing gender sensitive career guidance and counselling to EU migrants.
