Indirect beneficiaries: Young women asylum seekers and refugees.
NO GAPS intends to create the following Intellectual outputs (I.Os.):
I.O.1 Innovative Database

This database will help to identify innovative intervention strategies and methodologies and will allow to establish the bases of the subsequent work in the following Outputs.
I.O.2 Training Curriculum for an integral socio-labor intervention with young women, asylum seekers and refugees.
The aim is to design a Тraining curriculum defining and developing the knowledge, skills and competences needed so that the professionals who work with these women can develop an integral socio-labor intervention with them. As well as setting a framework for the assessment of learning outcomes based on the European Credit System for Vocational and Educational Training (ECVET) methodology and tools.
This Output will allow organizing the necessary learnings that the professionals must possess to develop an integral intervention that improves the socio-labor integration of the indirect beneficiaries of the project.
I.O.3 Open Educational Resource for an integral socio-labor intervention with young women, asylum seekers and refugees.
This Output includes three sub-outputs.
1: Create a handbook with the theoretical and practical contents necessary to complete the training curriculum:
It will be developed on the basis of the theoretical framework and competences identified within the I.O.2 "Training Curriculum".
Piloting is the activity that will allow testing of the NO GAPS methodology.
In this activity the trained professionals will develop the NO GAPS intervention with their beneficiaries (young migrant women, asylum seekers and refugees)
After the intervention has been developed, the agents involved (professionals and beneficiaries) will carry out an evaluation of different aspects of it. The objective is to put into practice the methodology to check how it works. What are their strengths and weaknesses and obtain data on their effectiveness. It will also be a good experience to detect and apply improvements.
3: Create a Professional toolbox:
The "NO GAPS toolbox" will contain documentation and resources to implement the NO GAPS intervention methodology. The activities and resources contained in this box will be based on the handbook and the results obtained in the piloting phase.
